Ok, so when I get a free moment I’m going to write up our complete adventure trying to buy a White Civic Hybrid with Navigation. But for now, the quick version: Brown’s Honda in Arlington is very very bad, never buy a car from them, and Pohanka Honda in Fredericksburgis very very good, definitely buy from them. If you live in the DC area, the extra 40 minute drive out there will be well worth it. In particular, Joseph the internet sales manager was very helpful. If you search google for reviews you’ll see similar statements about Pohanka Fredericksburg.
